Hi, I'm Adrian (Adi for short). I'm a mental health professional with a passion for self growth, awareness, acceptance and improving our quality of life. For personal and professional reasons, I had a particular interest in experiences associated with ADHD and Autism.
I offer my personal/professional experiences, past career in support work, back ground in psychology/psychotherapy to explore your goals, needs or desires for therapy.
Together we can explore options and solutions that you connect with. A space to grow your self awareness, explore challenging memories/ past experiences, improve parts of you or your life. A space to offer creativity, compassion, and challenge any familiar patterns you notice as struggles.
